✅ We are recommending that deposits be paid via Wire Transfer (when possible) to limit the number of places you and our team need to go in public to handle deposits.
If you are selling your home or plan on listing your home with us:
✅We have a new COVID-19 clause to protect the integrity of the transactions that you may enter into as a Seller.
✅We are offering Market Evaluations to anyone interested via email, phone, or FaceTime/video messaging.
✅We are suspending public open houses until further notice.
✅Our comprehensive marketing package always included photos and HD video as we know the importance of showcasing your listing to perfection online.
✅We are asking our Sellers to please leave all lights on and open all doors in their home for showings to limit the number of things a buyer would touch in the house. We are also asking buyers to limit the showing to "essential decision-makers" only at all showings.
✅We recommend disinfecting and cleaning your home after each showing and use disinfecting products according to the guidelines printed on the packaging. High-traffic surfaces include; counter-tops, doorknobs, handrails, benches or places people may sit to take off or put on their shoes when entering and exiting.
✅We recommend Sellers put hand sanitizer at the front door of each listing if possible. As we know, supply is significantly limited and may not be possible at this time.
✅Offer dates will now be done via email, phone, or FaceTime/video messaging. Offer submissions will now be held earlier in the day. This will provide time for a deposit to be delivered same-day in situations that require this.

Our market was up 30% before we were faced with this pandemic. We anticipate sales to continue but at a reduced rate for the next few months. The industry is saying that once this is over we are going to have an incredibly robust market that we were previously experiencing and will replicate the frenzy of sales we experienced in 2017!
